The Rebel Ethos & Charter

REBEL YEAH! is a dynamic startup production and distribution company located in London.

Our bold mission is to inspire positive growth in our society by entertaining and engaging our audience with thematically powerful films, fearless television shows, and thought-provoking documentaries.

By reaching the broadest possible audience, we strive to create a brighter future for all.

At REBEL YEAH!, we approach all new projects with a critical question in mind: how can this production make a positive impact on society?

We evaluate each new project based on its potential cultural, environmental, and societal benefits, with a focus on creating content that not only entertains but also enriches and inspires our audience.

Our goal is to create content that moves beyond traditional entertainment and provokes thought, sparking conversations that help us better understand the world around us. We believe that by engaging with our audience in meaningful ways and exploring the big questions we face today, we can inspire positive change and contribute to a brighter future for all.

We are a truly equal opportunities company.

Our goal at REBEL YEAH! is to make our productions accessible to the broadest audience, within our budget constraints. As necessary, we will take steps to ensure that individuals who are deaf, blind, or have disabilities can fully appreciate our content.

From carbon heavy flights to excessive use of private cars and powerful lights and generators the film and TV industry needs to step up in the fight against climate change and protecting the planet and its communities. That's why we're committed to reducing the carbon footprint of our productions whilst promoting a sustainable future. To achieve this, all of our productions will be ALBERT Certified and we will look to use new technologies and working practices.

REBEL YEAH! makes a real commitment to supporting charities both domestic and international by donating a portion of all broadcast commissions and film sales profits to UK poverty charities and global environmental charities.

As a start up we are committed to donating 1% for the foreseeable future aiming for this figure to rise to 10% over 10 years.
