Sean Scott Griffin - Producer

Sean has worked in the UK film and TV industry since 2005, cutting his teeth alongside the industry's top producers including industry titans Adam Bohling and David Reid (The Kingsman franchise, Rocketman). He co-produced the £2.2m feature documentary Tawai – A Voice from the Forest, filmed across eight countries over five years, and led its theatrical release into 120 cinemas in the UK. Since 2023 he has consulted on several independent cinema releases.

As a sought-after story consultant for Save The Cat!, the BFI, and top industry execs, his insights have shaped films starring Olivia Colman and Sir Ian McKellen.

In 2023, he launched REBEL YEAH!, developing a slate of bold, socially driven genre films.

He is currently writing his debut novel, set for release in summer 2025.

Laurie has built a diverse 15+ year career across major motion pictures, HETV drama, and comedy. Rising through the ranks from lock-offs and craft runs to 1st AD, Associate, and Co-Producer, his leadership and expertise have been forged on sets across the UK, Europe, and Scandinavia.

In TV, his work spans Stath Lets Flats, King Gary, Black Mirror, and Disney+ hit Extraordinary.

His feature credits include The Infernal Machine (2022) with Guy Pearce, urban action-comedy Sumotherhood (2023), teen comedy Bonus Track (2023), and crime thriller 5lbs of Pressure (2024) starring Luke Evans.

Laurie is currently producing his latest feature, due to shoot over the summer of 2025.
